    Directed Regional Census Center IT supporting 300+ RCC employees plus field staff. Project management across database design/implementation and software test/review boards; government IT contract coordination and oversight; trained and led IT support teams across the RCC and 34 Local Census Offices in five states on two parallel government networks; hardware/software deployment, administration, security, training and asset management; participated in recruiting 318 IT staff and guided up to 318 regional IT support staff; wrote policies, procedures and training for Local Census Office deployments.
